1. What this app is

Tuno Connect ("the app") is published by YOUR SAFETY LTD ("we", "us"), a company incorporated in England and Wales under company number 17139597, registered office 128 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. It is a client utility: it reads a configuration that you provide and establishes a connection using it. The app includes no servers, no bundled configurations and no network access of its own.

2. Licence

YOUR SAFETY LTD grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on devices you own or control, in line with the Apple Media Services Terms. You may not reverse-engineer, redistribute or resell the app except where that restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

3. Your configurations, your responsibility

By using the app you confirm that:

• You have the right to use every configuration you import.
• You obtained those configurations lawfully from their operator.
• Your use of the app complies with the laws that apply where you are.

Servers reached through your configuration are operated by third parties. Their availability, speed, security and conduct are outside our control, and their own terms and privacy policies apply to them.

4. Acceptable use

Do not use the app to:

• break any law that applies to you;
• attack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to any system or network;
• infringe someone else's rights;
• distribute malware or send unsolicited bulk messages.

5. No warranty

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that connections will be uninterrupted, error-free, private or available in any given location.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, YOUR SAFETY LTD is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, nor for lost data, lost profits or loss of access, arising from your use of the app. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

7. Privacy

The app collects no personal data. See the Privacy Policy for details.

8. Changes

These terms may be updated; the current version is always published on this page with the date above. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing here removes any consumer protection you are entitled to under the law of your own country of residence.
